Juozas Statkevičius SS17: Lithuanian heritage
A few weeks ago one of the biggest fashion shows in Lithuania took place. And if you are about to wonder..yes, it was no other than Juozas Statkevičius spring/summer 2017 collection presentation. This year, the collection of probably the most famous Lithuanian designer, was inspired by traditional Lithuanian folk. Village sights, modernized clog shoes, bright colours were taking over the catwalk. Here are some amazing backstage shots taken by Aistė Kirsnytė. I personally couldn't attend this amazing event due to my studies in England.:( Seriously, I can't forgive myself for missing this beautiful show. However as you all may suppose, I have already looked through internet and all the shots of fellow Lithuanian photographers, therefore I have seen each look of this collection as well. I may also say that even though yes, there might be a scandal of so called 'plagiarism' from the Chanel SS2010 show that was going on, but, come on, guys.. How else would you like to portray Lithuanian heritage inspired collection, huh? I think it was a great show, even better than last years and even though not so many days passed since it, I already can't wait for the next year!!

Some days ago I hurried to Vilnius to one private fancy event or fashion show if to be more correct. (for the first time I got this amazing customized invitation in my hands haha). We weren't alone then as we got accompanied by one girl Greta from Deichmann. It's always nice meeting new people whom you can talk about fashion with. So yeah, it was a great event and I really enjoyed it :) We were also seated into the first row which was really nice as me and my sis got to take some fine pictures for our blogs straight from that spot. You can see them here. And don't forget to check the video to get full inspiration for the following days!
Collections were really great according to me. E. Rainys showed some girly, feminine looks with those flawless dresses flying around us and Lilija took us back the previous decades and gave some retro feels that were brought back to life. More about it read here.
Loulu Et Tu ss16 presentation
Hope you guys are having a fantastic evening. Well, I couldn't feel better. Some time ago I wrote about the Loulu et Tu ss16 backstage, now I am willing to share some of the photos taken during the show. As I was informed it was actually some kind of 111 anniversary happening of the group called Rotary International. Not really familiar with them but still had a lot of fun before and during the show. Juozas Statkevičius s/s 2016
Good evening dears! Let me show you something amazing today! The biggest fashion show of Lithuania took place in Vilnius some weeks ago and of course I happened to be there too. As Lithuania is known for having so many designers and fashion personas in general, I could say that Juozas Statkevicius is something that this small country should be especially proud of. I've been attending all of his shows for three years now and I can say that every time it really amazes me much more than ever before! This time was no exception.
The event is attended by so many notable people of Lithuania as well as the most famous models such as Lithuanian supermodel and first ever Lithuanian to be a Victoria Secret model Edita Vilkeviciute who opened and closed the whole show. It was so nice to see her rock the runway!
At first glance you can see that this show is not an ordinary one. Even the name of the show talks for itself " Secret Life of JS" which later was changed to "Secret Life of Yours", which in my opinion could refer to everyone having their own personal secret life that they don't like to talk about. Well you can decide for yourselves what was all show about after watching the photos taken by Ramūnas Tanguris.
A look at the Olesia Les show
Not too long ago I had a great chance to try walking on catwalk once more! This time it was the awesome Olesia Les show. The whole event was held in the War Museum in Kaunas. The theme of the show perfectly matched the place. Everything looked astonishing! The clothes, the orchestra performance, the lasers, the stage... Have a good look at the photos from the day! I prepared some photographs from the internet sources as well as some snaps inside the backstage. In addition, there is a video below, be sure to check it!
DRS CODE: 777
Some time ago I was modeling in one fashion show for the designer Rūta owning this unique brand DRS Code. The show itself was called 777. I don't really know the meaning, but as far as I know is that the collection is divided into two parts which stands for two seasons of the year, not to forget one more part consisted of a few evening dresses. I wore those awesome wide trousers which I fell in love with at the moment I saw it, and I was assigned to do my best at the winter collection! Here you go some shots from the whole show.
W' D' Looren S/S 2015
Hello everyone, I'm back with a bunch of good news! This week was crazy busy for me!! You can't imagine! Though, the busy week is not over yet. However I just have to share with you about my last attendance at the W'D' Looren fashion show ! It was held in the store of Looren, where a lot of people came to see the show including some noted people of Lithuania.
I was so happy to attend as a model and walk on runaway with clothes of such brands as Loulu Et Tou, which you, my dears, should know by now and W' D' Looren, of course. Here I collected some photos for you from the internet press, hope you enjoy it, guys.
Apart from that, I feel kind of sad because I couldn't attend the Orelli wedding dresses fashion show today! I was looking forward to it so much! Right now I feel kind of sad, because as I've seen in the photos the collection was truly fascinating. In fact, that's not the only event I had to turn down this week. I wish I could plan my schedule more carefully or something, because it seems I'm missing some great events to attend.

Hello again, sweeties.
Today I'm writing about something I should have written about long time ago. Remember the fashion show Design days? I wrote about it and posted some backstage photos in November.
I've already collected all the photos from various photographers and e/press and all is left is to share it with you, guys.
So as you remember in the backstage photos you could see me dressed up in two totally different outfits. First is called 'Ether of the street' by Dovilė Kemėšytė and other collection called 'Ethno Aliens' created by Simona Remeikaitė.

Hello, dear readers. Remember me attending fashion show Design Days? I've already told you about it last year, so today I won't go into the details that much and just show you the photos I took while we, models, were preparing for the show in the backstage.
As you know, all the models had a chance to represent two collections, so do not waver when you see me dressed up as a punk and as a classic lady. Also, this time it was held in the railway station that was really interesting and unique place, but there was a lot of space this time to dress comfortably, last year it was a cinema theater so there was a lack of space.
Alright, so for those who don't know much about this event, please read the post of the last year and get to know more about it! And those who know enough , please enjoy the photos.

Backstage of Woman World 2014
Once again I've attended Woman World 2014. I've been participating there as a model for three years now. This time I missed all the fashion shows except for one, and it's wedding dresses of course.
I couldn't possibly miss my chance to wear a wedding dress again. This time I wore a wonderful mermaid type dress from salon cold Birute. It was a dress from new Rosa Clara collection which was wonderful!
LOULU ET TU A/W 2014 catwalk backstage
Good morning, beauties! Lately I've became busy with school so I couldn't work on my blog!But, I have one lovely new for you, guys!
Yesterday I had a chance to be a model at LOULU ET TU a/w 2014 collection fashion show! It was right before the basketball game in the Žalgirio arena in Kaunas!
I had such a great time with my girls! I don't know if I ever manage to get the photos or video to show you, but we will see.

Today I'm really happy to show you some photos that I have found in the internet.
Remember me telling about attending one fashion show? Well I haven't attended as a guest bus as a model this time! Darius Tarela did a great job in the backstage! I took these photos from him. There is also one photo from Deimante Dubauskaite! Thanks to her!
Now a little bit about how it all went. Well like always all models with no make up have been in Combo club since early morning. After we founded out who are our designers we went to the make up room where all the action was! The first collection didn't require any particular make up. It was natural like I wasn't wearing on my face anything at all. The second collection was a little bit more unique. I had literally a green face and black urban on my head with a ponytail.

Finally I can show you the photos that I took during the fashion show of L. Salasevičius, the Lithuanian designer. I also took some runway photos, for you to see how the collection looked like. It was called 'Show' and I think the name really matches the clothes. The models this time were the famous women from Lithuania such as pop stars and other famous TV stars.

Wearing my new skirt, blouse and heels and feeling fabulous as hell. Yep, that was my second plan I had in Vilnius. It was super awesome Friday for me!

It's so sad I've attended in one day only, because this fashion show is sick! I'm telling you, guys.
I've seen 6 collection and I can' tell you I liked them all. But there was definitely some cool stuff I had a chance to see! Maybe later I'll upload the video from the show.
For this show I've chosen to wear something swaggy and elegant at the same time. Let's see the photos, shall we?

One word...Butterflies...butterflies everywhere. At least one thing doesn't change in her collections.
In this one also we could see some, and in common collection was simple yet elegant and
had that scent of femininity Anyway, I'm glad that I was there and saw everything live! It was a big new experience again so it made me really happy!

Red dress and roses
Good evening, guys! Yesterday I visited Vilnius for a fashion show. Later I'll let you know more about it. For my outfit I decided to wear my red velvet dress and to finish my look I decided to add my red roses headband that I made by myself!
I actually don't like that D.I.Y thing, but this headband was my wish for so long so I couldn't resist to do one for myself! How does it look?
